Paula Iacomini is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer with more than 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry and a real estate background that spans back to 1988. Serving clients throughout SLO County and the Greater Bay Area, Paula specializes in a wide range of loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and reverse mortgages.
Before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, Paula gained valuable experience across multiple areas of the real estate industry, including transaction coordination, title sales, and sales management. This well-rounded background gives her a deep understanding of the full real estate transaction process and allows her to provide creative, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused guidance to her clients and referral partners.
Known for her hands-on approach, Paula believes communication is the key to a smooth and successful transaction. She takes pride in keeping borrowers and real estate agents informed at every milestone, helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident from application to closing. For Paula, the relationship does not end when the transaction closes — she remains a trusted resource for her clients long after their loan is complete.
Paula joined Peak Finance Company to provide her clients and referral partners with access to competitive rates, strong loan programs, and a broader range of financing solutions. Her goal is to combine industry experience, personalized service, and a true commitment to helping people achieve their real estate and financial goals. Outside of the mortgage world, Paula has a lifelong passion for music. She began playing piano at age 8, started singing at age 13, and has been the lead singer of multiple bands since she was 17 — a passion she continues to pursue today.
