Susan Woodnick is a Mortgage Loan Originator with over 30 years experience in Mortgage Lending. Susan began her career in Banking when she was living in San Francisco working at American Savings, Financial Corp. of America as an Account Executive managing a $22 million dollar book. While in San Francisco she saw an opportunity to work on the other side of the Banking Industry, and started her career as a Loan Officer with Coast Federal Bank. Shortly after she transferred to her home in Los Angeles. She has worked for big banks like BankofAmerica and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and in 2008 she joined Peak Finance Co. she is now back with Peak Finance, and very excited about all the opportunities here at Peak. In 2006, the California State Legislature presented her with the “Women in Business Award” for her work with the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, and The Grossman Burn Center for her exemplary customer service. In additional to the traditional mortgage products, she has turned her concentration to Reverse Mortgages which gives her the opportunity to help Seniors get into a new home, and being able to advantage of this unique lending product. Susan holds a B.A. from California State University, Northridge.
