Josh serves as Mortgage Loan Originator for Peak Finance Company, serving in various roles in real estate prior to joining the company. Joshua started his lending career as a junior sales associate to one of the largest producing residential loan officers in Los Angeles gaining valuable insight into the daily habits of a high producing loan agent. Within the first 18 months Joshua was promoted several times and was managing a sales force of over 20 loan officers. Five years later Joshua moved to a position at LV Financial as their Sr. Head of Loan Operations. From there he worked as the Acquisition Manager for a private investment group responsible for maintaining a minimum of 30% ROI for investors. Joshua continued his lending career at another investment group where he was the Associate Vice President of Lending. With over 10 years of experience in real estate ranging from acquisition to origination Mr. Loeb has the knowledge and personal skills for all things real estate. Joshua currently holds both an active NMLS lending license as well as a Brokers license from the California BRE.
