JP Sazon, born and raised in the small city of Walnut in San Gabriel Valley, comes from a family of real estate and mortgage professionals. His interest in the industry dates back to his early years when he learned the basics of running a business and making profits by playing with monopoly money in the third grade. This sparked his passion for entrepreneurship, which he has pursued ever since.

After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and sociology from the University of California, Riverside, JP started his career as a marketing director for Tokyo Ultra Lounge in Hollywood and later worked as a recruiter for an IT company in Newport Beach. At the age of 24, he obtained his Real Estate and Mortgage broker licenses and gained experience in various positions, such as transaction coordinator and escrow sales representative.

Today, JP is the managing broker and owner of CENTURY 21 Cristal Cellar, where he draws on his extensive knowledge and experience to lead and support his team. He values the relationships he has with his team and clients and enjoys spending quality time with them. When not working, JP likes to spend time with his family, watch movies on Friday nights, snowboard, ride his e-bike, barbecue with friends, travel, and savor good whiskey.
